The Company was established by three brothers initially as a Civil Engineering and Groundworks Company in 1986, which has developed into a sophisticated business that provides an array of quality products and services to Construction Companies and Construction Clients.

Initially, the principal area of operation was Hampshire and Dorset, ultimately expanded to include also the counties of Kent, East and West Sussex, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey and Middlesex. In 1992 a further office in the North West was established, which currently envelopes the counties of Cheshire, Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire. Notwithstanding this, the Company has in the past carried out projects “out of region” for Principal Clients.

Historically the Company has included in its client base most of the major house builders in the UK.

Although the Organisation has grown over the years in terms of complexity as well as output, the majority of its Staff and Principals of its workforce have remained with the Company for more than a decade.

Initially our client's operated solely in the private housing development sector; however, during the late eighties there was diversification into the commercial, industrial and public housing sectors of the Construction Industry. By 1992 seventy-five per cent of the Company’s turnover was generated from sub-contracts with major building contractors.

Due to a slowdown in industrial and commercial construction output our client's level of activity in these sectors slowly decreased and a reverse strategy to that earlier adopted has resulted in a return to a situation where almost total output consists of private housing works or social works for private developers.

This varying experience instilled an unparalleled depth of knowledge, proficiency and flexibility into all of our longer-term incumbents.

Our client's achieved a major step towards improving the quality of its products and services to Clients by incorporating ISO 9001 (under UKAS) accreditation in December 2002.

Primarily due to the wide-ranging experience and expertise of the Company’s management team our product portfolio now includes Major Highway Construction, Commercial Buildings, Shell and Core Construction, Harbours, Sea Defences, Reinforced Concrete Substructures and Superstructures.

Due to continued growth of our client's established company they currently have openings for site engineers in the Surrey/Sussex area.
Must be proficient with road line programmes & RC works.
Good career prospects.
