Skills Required:

1. Successful candidates will have a joinery & fitting out background and experience of fast track & high quality projects within the £1.5 – 10 million bracket.

2. Successful candidates should be comfortable with these various duties:

• Working from tender documentation
• Understanding in detail the construction details
• Understanding the methodology of fitting out.
• Understanding and working with specific suppliers and materials.
• Collation of tender presentation document
• Carry out time analysis on ongoing projects
• Working in a team environment or under his or her own initiative
